Williams F1 Needs a New Boss – Want the Job?

Williams F1 team is struggling to find a new team principal to replace Jost Capito, who left the team after two years. The team fell from being the ninth-fastest to the tenth-fastest, and is struggling to catch up to its rivals.

According to the former team principal, “The teams went into the cost cap on different levels. And we see Williams before the cost cap had hardly anything to invest for years. So they fell behind. Now to catch up with the same amount that everybody has, it’s not just about throwing money at it.”

The team’s owner, Dorilton Capital, is looking to turn things around and invest in the team’s infrastructure and people, but it will take time to catch up.
